Tom Cruise blew up at workers for breaking Covid-19 rules on the set of his new movie — unleashing a profanity-laced rant that his Hollywood heavy-hitter friends rushed to defend on Wednesday.
The furious 58-year-old can be heard erupting into a more than three minute long F-word-filled diatribe while filming of “Mission: Impossible 7” at Warner Bros. Studios in Hertfordshire.
“They’re back there in Hollywood making movies right now because of us. We are creating thousands of jobs, you motherf—ers,” he yells in the leaked audio clip from Britain’s The Sun.
“I don’t ever want to see it again! Ever!,” he continues.
Cruise then warns: “If I see you do it again, you’re f–ing gone.”
“And if anyone on this crew does it, that’s it — and you too and you too. And you, don’t you ever f—ing do it again.”
The “Top Gun” star was apparently set off by seeing two crew members standing fewer than 6 feet apart at a computer, according to the Sun.
Cruise is said to have been policing the set to ensure that filming can continue amid the pandemic after several Covid-related delays.
He even paid $676,000 for an old cruise ship for the cast and crew to isolate on, the Sun said.
