The Police administration in the Volta Region has assured the citizens of their readiness for Monday's general elections.
Public Relations Officer of the Command, Sgt Prince Dogbatse told the Ghana News Agency that the Service was ready to supervise another election exercise.
He said the Command was collaborating with other sister security agencies to make the election an incident-free one and urged the citizens to be mindful of their responsibilities and limitations.
Sergeant Dogbatse said there was full deployment at all polling stations and taskforces situated at vantage points to quell any disturbances.
Meanwhile, the Volta Regional Election Commission is finalising processes for the start of the exercise on Monday in the 2,239 polling stations in the region, according to Mr Dogbey Adukpo Selormey, Regional Director of EC.
The Ola SHS Collation Centre for the Ho Central Constituency is in shape for the exercise and would project results from 246 polling stations and that of the prison inmates.
