Prior to the accident, Quamina MP had opened up on Twitter about going through a tough year.
"I know we been through a lot this year but don't miss any opportunity to be happy and celebrate life," he wrote.
The rapper's accident comes barely a week after numerous accidents were recorded across the country.
Recently, a bus full of NDC supporters were involved in an accident on November 21 at Ejura in the Ashanti region.
A day later a number of passengers have been rushed to St Patrick Hospital in Offinso after two vehicles collided at Denase near Kodie also in the Ashanti Region.
To help tackle the rate of road accidents, JoyNews launched a road safety campaign Arrive Alive to educate Ghanaians on safety while on the road.
ArriveAlive campaign also aims to find solutions on how to make roads in Ghana safe for all users with a continued discourse on why there are frequent road accidents occurring across the country.
