Ghana’s coach, Milovan Rajevac, has named a possible squad for Saturday night’s clash with Sudan.
The line-up is somewhat of the same as the ones that defeated Mali 2-0 two weeks ago.
Head coach Milovan Rajevac is expected to maintain youngsters Opoku Agyeman and Kwadwo Asamoah for their second starting roles in Black Stars shirts.
The only change in the starting line-up for the Group D World Cup qualifier against the Nile Crocodiles is Samuel Inkoom.
Inkoom, the Asante Kotoko wing-back, takes the place of England-based John Paintsil, who is suspended.
There were also some changes on the bench as Joe Tex Frimpong, Egypt-based striker Papa Arko, midfielder Bernard Yao Kumordzi and goalkeeper Philemon McCarthy were excluded from the 18 players.
Ghana are seeking to cement their top spot in Group D with another win that will give them nine points and inch them closer to the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.
Rajevac has chosen Wigan goalkeeper Richard Kingson between the sticks and will be shelved by John Mensah and Eric Addo as the centre-backs.
Inkoom and Harrison Afful will man the right and left wing backs respectively.
Michael Essien, Anthony Annan, Kwadwo Asamoah, Opoku Agyemang and Prince Tagoe and Mathew Amoah will partner in attack.
On the bench, George Owu, Samuel Kyere, Moussa Nary, Junior Agogo, Isaac Vorsah and Haminu Draman and Jonathan Quartey.
Starting line-up:
Richard Kingson, Samuel Inkoom, Harrison Afful, John Mensah, Eric Addo, Michael Essien, Anthony Annan, Opoku Agyemang, Mathew Amoah, Prince Tagoe, Kwadwo Asamoah.
