Highly Spiritual boss, Kaywa has shot down reports that one of his signees, Mr Drew, stole a song from American Nigerian artiste, Rotimi.
According to him, they know the implications of copyrights infringements when it comes to intellectual property hence the company would not dare do that.
Kaywa revealed the song, ‘Eat’ which featured Stonebwoy is only a cover of Rotimi’s Love Riddim.
Mr Drew had the video for his new song taken down on YouTube and other streaming platforms due to copyright concerns raised by Rotimi’s team.
A video that went viral on social media, showed a Ghanaian had privately messaged Rotimi on Instagram to report the artiste.

Kaywa said that YouTube took the video down because of a miscommunication between their publishers and that of Rotimi.
“The label is in talk with the outfit and Mr Drew is in a friendly conversation with Rotimi."
"We take the blame and promise to make sure that this never happens in the future,” he wrote in a press release.
