A statement signed by Public Relations Officer of the Ministry, Kenneth Annang said, contrary to reports that his outfit has neglected the sporting sector in the wake of the pandemic it is rather developing packages that would cushion the sector adding that it would soon be made public.
"The attention of the Ministry has been drawn to publications in the media that, the ministry has neglected the sporting sector in the wake of the pandemic.
"The ministry has earlier met stakeholders particularly those preparing for various local and international games to design packages that would cushion them," the statement noted.
