In response to the Government of Ghana’s calls for all to come aboard the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic, Dansworld International Services Limited (DISL) has begun fumigating and disinfecting churches and schools.
The fumigation exercise took place in schools and churches at Kokomlemle, Tema, Kwabenya, Spintex among other places in Accra.

Indicating the reason for the project, Chief Executive Officer of Dansworld, Bernard Ntow said they were to ensure such places are fumigated and devoid of the virus before the ban on public gatherings is lifted.
"We must clean and disinfect so that, when the Government finally allows gathering, Ghana will not become like Wuhan, who started recording new cases after they lifted the ban and stated places were safe. Hence, we will be disinfecting and cleaning a number of public places.”
"As we educate people to keep safe, we must also focus on these places that people converge," he said.

Dansworld International Services Limited (DISL) is an environmental management company specialised in facility management services or fumigation.
The company has been embarking on fumigation exercises at no cost as part of its social responsibility.
So far, they have disinfected the Autism Awareness Centre at Kokomlemle and Hope Setters of Community 11, Tema.
Churches that have also benefitted as part of the project are; Life Empowerment Chapel at Sakumono, Makers House Chapel at Kwabenya and ICGC Calvary Temple at Spintex.

The company is responsible for the fumigation of 89 markets in Western North Region.
DISL has also collaborated with Zoomlion, to fumigate markets in the Volta Region.
