The doors of every school across the country are still closed because of the ban on public gatherings and the need to observe social distancing protocols, to protect the youth amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Although the decision may be in the best interest of the students and the country at large, it has had an effect on the country’s educational system.
Deputy Education Minister, Dr Yaw Adutwum and the Minister of State in charge of Tertiary Education, Prof. Kwesi Yankah, are in the JoyNews studios to discuss how much education in Ghana has suffered and how to make it right post coronavirus.
Joining them for the discussion are the Vice Chancellors of the University of Health and Allied Sciences (UHAS), University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA) as well as the Pro VCs of the University of Ghana and the University of Education, Winneba (UEW).
The show is being hosted by Emefa Apau
