The Public Utilities Regulatory Commission has initiated measures to investigate and identify the cause of the recent power fluctuations experienced by consumers across the country.
According to a press statement signed by the Executive Secretary of the Commission, Mami Dufie Ofori, regulatory action will be meted out to the power chain found noncompliant with regulatory standards and benchmarks.
The Commission also urged citizens to submit their complaints including damaged electrical appliances to the utility service.
