AFCON debutant Kwesi Appiah has been handed a starting place in crucial Quarter final game against Guinea at the Estadio de Malabo later Sunday.
The England-born Ghanaian striker will partner captain Asamoah Gyan in attack with Jordan Ayew starting from the bench.
John Boye returns to the starting line up after his heroics in the game against South Africa and will partner Jonathan Mensah at the heart of defence.
There is no change in the midfield as Avram Grant kept faith in Wakaso Mubarak, Afriyie Acquah, Andre Ayew and Christian Atsu.
