Minority Members of Parliament are gearing up for a news conference at which they are expected to state a position on the interrogation Mr. Kwadwo Mpiani, former Chief of Staff.
The MPs, adorned in black, were rumoured to have planned boycotting Parliamentary proceedings in protest against Mpiani's interrogation.
But that has not been independently confirmed.
The press will be addressed by the Minority Leader, Osei Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu.
Bigwigs of the NPP described as intimidation and calculated harassment the interrogation of the former Chief of Staff which started Tuesday.
They stormed the offices of the BNI where Mr Mpiani's was being questioned, and demanded to see him.
They argued he was unjustifiably detained for about 12 hours and denied access to his counsel.
The press conference by the minority MPs is therefore likely to address these issues.
Stay tuned for developments.
