The former Deputy Attorney General, Mr Martin Amidu, is threatening to drag the International Organisation for Migration (IOM) to court for forgery.
He is accusing the IOM of tampering with the medical report of his daughter who had applied for a United Kingdom student's visa.
The British High Commission last month made testing for tuberculosis a pre-condition for the issuing of visa to applicants who intend to stay in the UK for more than six months.
The IOM conducts the test on behalf of the British High Commission.
Mr. Amidu, who partnered the National Democratic Congress (NDC) flagbearer Professor John Evans Atta-Mills in the 2000 elections, stormed the offices of Joy FM with a number of medical reports to suggest that his daughter was declared fit by qualified doctors to apply for the visa, but officials of the IOM ruled otherwise.
He told Joy News he will pursue the matter in court to ensure that he gets justice for his daughter.
“They think they can intimidate us by insisting that they are right…I will definitely go to court,” Mr Amidu said.
