The Captain of the national under-20 team the Black Satellites, Andre Dede Ayew scored his second of goal of the season as Lorient drew 1:1 against Toulouse in the French ligue one.
The 19 year old connected home from the edge of the six yards in the 85th minute but was given a yellow card for removing his shirt while celebrating. Toulouse however equalized minutes later.
Dede Ayew, who is on loan from Marseille, has made 20 appearances for Lorient, scoring 2 goals and assisting in two other goals for his side.
The son of soccer legend Abedi Ayew Pele is due to lead the Satellites during the World Youth Championship in Egypt in September.
Meanwhile, the Management Committee of the Satellites is due to meet the FA on Tuesday to finalise preparations for the championship.
Sellas Tetteh’s boys are expected to take part in a four nation tournament in Egypt before the competition begins. There is talk about another competition in Venezuela.
25 players mainly made up of local based players are currently in camp at the Prampram Soccer School of Excellence for a six day camping period.
