A level 100 student of the Cape Coast University has fallen into coma after he fell from the 2nd floor of the Nkrumah hall of the university.
The student whose name was given as Frempong slipped when he attempted to pass through the balcony to gain access to his locked room.
Passing through the balcony has been prohibited by the university authorities.
Joy FM’s Cape Coast correspondent, Richard Kojo Nyarko said the victim has been rushed to the regional hospital in Cape Coast where he is receiving treatment.
