Suspected armed robber, arrested in connection with the murder of Richard Sallah has spoken up about the attack which left the Abrepo Ecobank branch manager dead.

Samuel Kwame Boadi, a.k.a. Baffa today disclosed that the Manager was shot and killed when he attempted to unmask a member of the gang attacking his home.

Luv FM's Erastus Asare Donkor reports that the twenty-year-old has confessed to being one of four masked men who raided the home of the 39-year-old banker.

The suspect named his accomplices as Alex, alias Tupac aged 30; Emmanuel Adusei aged 25, brother-in-law to Baffa; and one Yaw.

He claims that he was not a participant in the shooting but rather stood guard. None-the-less, he provided information on the attack and showed the police, in a simulation exercise, how the robbery occurred.

Walking them through, the suspect revealed that the robbers had been on a robbery spree on that night, armed with a wire cutter, car jack and ammunition including a pump action shotgun and other foreign manufactured guns and that they had not necessarily targeted the banker.

The wiry-framed young man showed how the four robbers cut the razor wire on the wall of the house and snuck onto the property.

The section of razor wire the robbers cut through in order to gain access to the property.

Baffa shows officers how he crouched after scaling the wall to enter the property.

He further described how the other suspects entered the living room and discovered the banker, ordering him at gunpoint to show them where he had kept his money.

Though he claims not to have been in the house, the suspect said that upon reaching the dining room, the deceased attempted to yank the hood mask off the face of Tupac, who reacted by shooting him.

Loraine Sallah, wife of the slain manager, speaking with DCOP Kofi Boakye.

Speaking to the press, Ashati Regional Police Commander, DCOP Kofi Boakye revealed that the three suspects who are on the run are armed and dangerous, and are responsible for several robberies and shootings in the area.

He provided a photograph of Emmanuel Adusei, brother-in-law of the arrested suspect.

He further disclosed that Tupac, leader of the gang, is a dangerous criminal who will shoot with very little provocation.

DCOP Boakye announced a GH¢10,000 bounty on the heads of the suspects, with an undisclosed special bounty for the head of Tupac, and warned persons who may be assisting the fugitives that it is in their best interest to give them up.
