Given Singuluma scored the winner as Zambia came from behind to beat Senegal 2-1 and grab third place at the first ever African Nations Championship.
Senegal opened the scoring in Abidjan through Oumar Alpha Sow after 22 minutes as he beat the offside trap and then shot past Jacob Banda in the Zambian goal.
Zambia equalised early in the second half when Simon Bwalya scrambled the ball home following a goalmouth melee.
Singuluma then grabbed his fifth goal of the tournament after breaking free on the right in the 74th minute before outwitting the goalkeeper to give his side the win.
Senegal had the chance to equalise in the 88th min when Moustapha Diallo's header was saved by the leg of Banda in the Zambian goal.
The final of the tournament that is only open to locally-based players sees Ghana take on the DR Congo on Sunday also in Abidjan.
