The management of Kumasi Asante Kotoko FC has released rates for their titanic home game of the GLO Premier League encounter against rivals Accra Hearts of Oak scheduled for Sunday, February 8 at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi.
In a release issued by Mr Kwame Baah Nuako, Communications Director of the Club, the Popular stands would attract a flat fee of GH¢4, Centre Line GH¢7, while VIP would be GH¢15.
He said a special levy of GH¢1 for the popular stand, GH¢2 for the Centre Line and GH¢3 for the VIP has been added to the normal league rates to raise fund towards the construction of the Club’s training ground’s project at Adako-Jachie in the Ejisu Juaben Municipality.
“We are entreating our teeming supporters to bear with management in our bid to provide for the infrastructural needs for the Club.”
We will like to assure all fans that adequate security measures have been put in place to ensure the safety of supporters before, during and after the match”, the release added.
The release added that a member of the African Youth Championship Medal winners, the Black Satellites, Agyeman Badu is set to make his debut for the Club this season, while another key star of the tournament, Samuel Inkoom have assured the fans of an even better performance against Hearts on Sunday.
It said that “management wish to assure the teeming fans that striker Alex Asamoah will definitely feature against Hearts and has promised to inflict severe pains on their opponents on the ‘D’ day”.
