The Electoral Commission (EC) announced on Friday that it will conduct elections on February 10 for regional representatives of the Council of State.
A statement signed by Mr C. Owusu-Parry, Acting Director, Public Affairs, said the EC's regional offices would on January 26 and 27 receive nominations from the public to contest the election. The nominations would be received on both days from 0800-12 noon and 1400 and 1600 on each day.
It asked all persons who were interested in contesting the election to contact the EC's regional offices in their respective regions for nomination forms.
