Sekondi Eleven Wise and Berekum based Chelsea qualified to this season's Premier League after recording wins in their last Division One Middle League games on Wednesday.
Wise triumphed 2-0 over Samartex in Zone 2 at the El-Wak Park and stretched the latter by three points on the log sheet.
In the other match, Norchip cruised to a 3-1 win over West Ham United.
In Zone 1, Chelsea needed a 1-0 win against regional rivals BA United to push to the elite division.
Both teams were tied on points before the match and Chelsea needed a draw to qualify but the win sealed it for the former.
Tamale Soccer Warriors placed third after a 1-0 success over Upper Stars at the Prempeh College Park.
In zone 3, St. Mirren shocked Royal Knights in a 2-0 win and Power FC earned a 1-0 victory over Fair Point.
