A 30 year-old unemployed who allegedly abused two brothers aged 9 and 11 sexually was on Tuesday put before an Accra Circuit Court charged with defilement.
Ernest Korletey, who pleaded not guilty, has been remanded into police custody to reappear on September 9.
Prosecuting Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Mr Lawrence Gbele said the victims who are pupils live with their mother at Teshie in Accra.
SP Gbele said in March Korletey developed an amorous interest in the victims.
The accused under the guise of the alleged friendship managed to lure the victims separately into his room on different occasions and had unnatural carnal knowledge of them.
The prosecutor said on each occasion, Korletey warned the victims not to disclose the act to anyone hence it remained a secret between them.
However, information gathered revealed Korletey was abusing the victims.
When their mother interrogated them they told her the truth.
