Newly selected vice presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia is to be out doored to the rank and file of the party at a mammoth rally in Sekondi Takoradi, on Sunday.
The outdooring ceremony is among series of activities to climax the three days Annual Delegates Congress of the party.
Kweku Owusu Peprah a Joy FM correspondent says Nana Akufo Addo and his running mate will be part of a church service at the Sekondi College on Sunday morning to ask for God’s blessing and favour in the upcoming December elections.
A hip-life rendezvous will herald the much anticipated rally, and will feature seasoned hip-life artists across the country, he added.
The mammoth rally which will also be used to launch the NPP manifesto is scheduled to begin later in the afternoon.
President Kufour and some other party bigwigs are scheduled to address members and sympathisers of the party who will throng Sekondi Takoradi to catch a glimpse of the vice presidential candidate, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.
