FARGO, North Dakota - A judge has set bail at $100,000 for a Ghanaian accused of raping a woman in Fargo, in the United States.
Twenty-seven-year-old Emmanuel Addai was arrested by U.S. Border Patrol agents in Grand Forks, after a warrant was issued for him. The agency says there is no indication that Addai tried to leave the country.
Addai and another man are accused of taking turns raping a 32-year-old woman in Fargo in late January.
The other man, 39-year-old Kofi Avortri, was arrested earlier and also had bail set at $100,000.
