Sherry Adzimah, Volta Regional President of the Ghana Hairdressers And Beauticians Association (GHABA) has called on members of the Association to always use the correct chemicals for their clients.
She observed that it was only when that was done that professionalism will be ensured and public's confidence assured with the Association.
Madam Adzimah made the call at a thanksgiving ceremony for having gone through four years of legal battles successfully.
She stated that the Association had rough times during the last four years after a breakaway group took it to court over the usage of the name, GHABA.
" However, all too soon, our good Lord heard our prayers and we came out victorious," Madam Adzimah said.
She said it was therefore important for members to hold fast to the Association and trust God for seeing them through times of tribulations and trials.
Madam Adzimah appealed to all practitioners to join the Association for a common goal to serve the public better.
