Cameroun became Africa’s foremost football nation in the latest FIFA/Coca Cola ranking, settling at 13 on the global front while previous leaders, Ghana, got shoved to the 16th position from the 14th.
Ghana had ranked Africa’s Number One for the past three months.
Egypt, at 23, is Africa’s third best, while Cote D’Ivoire, 4th on the continent, is 25th in the world.
Argentina remain the overall leaders with Brazil, Italy Spain and Germany completing the list of real powerhouses on the global front. The Czech Republic, France, Greece, England and the Netherlands complete the list of the world’s ten leaders.
