AshantiGold have been charged for misconduct by the Ghana Football Association in relation to their MTN FA Cup quarter-final no-show last month.
The Miners failed to turn up for the last-eight fixture against Asante Kotoko at the Accra Stadium on 13 April 2014.
Three counts have been preferred against the Miners for their failure to attend pre-match technical meeting, failure to honour the match without a prior consent and approval from the Ghana Football Association and for bringing the game into disrepute resulting in immeasurable cost and irreparable damage to the GFA from various partners and sponsors.
AshantiGold have until 5pm on 7 May 2014 to respond to the charges.
