The flag bearer of the Democratic Freedom Party (DFP), Mr Emmanuel Ansah-Antwi has arrived in the Northern Region to begin his campaign tour of the region.
He was accompanied by the life patron of the party, Dr. Yao Obed Asamoah and the General Secretary, Mr. Bede Zieden.
The flag bearer is expected to officially introduce himself to supporters of the party in the region.
Mr. Ansah-Antwi was elected over the party’s chairman Alhaji Abdul-Rahman Issaka who claimed that Dr. Asamoa’s influence denied him victory.
He said the life patron of the party did not like his bid for the flag bearership of the party.
