T.T. Brothers Limited, a food distributor, has presented food items worth 10,000 Ghana Cedis to the S.O.S. Village at Tema.
The company also held a party for the inmates after presenting the items to them.
The items included 30 bags of rice, several boxes of food drinks and cooking oil.
Mr. Isaac Tetteh, Chief Executive Officer of the Company said the donation was their to assist the people in the community in which they operate.
He said the company's association with the Village dated back to some four years ago and would continue to assist the inmate in future.
Mr. Tetteh said as Ghana celebrates the Easter, the company deemed it fit to come to the aid of the less fortunate in the society to enable them to enjoy and celebrate the resurrection of Christ.
Mrs. Dorcia Ocansey, Social Worker of the Village, who received the items on behalf of the Village, thanked the company for their kind gesture and called on other companies to emulate T.T. Brothers Limited.
