Many soccer fans in the Ho Municipality on Saturday celebrated the victory of the Black Stars over the Elephants of Cote d'Ivoire indoors.
The celebration was however, low-key compared to those after earlier victories.
Drinking bars were lively but not filled to capacity as happened when the Stars won their matches.
Many of the women fans told GNA Sports that they were content with the 4-2 score line and the third place chalked by the Black Stars while some men insisted the team should have won the Cup.
Mr Tony Bebli, a Sports presenter at Volta Premier FM, a local FM Station in Ho, described the match as a consolation for the country and called on Ghanaians to be satisfied with the result.
He advised the Ghana Football Association (GFA) to maintain coach Claude Le Roy to continue with grooming of the team for the next World Cup and Angola 2010.
