There are reports of renewed violence at Anloga following last November's chieftaincy dispute that claimed five lives.
A number of irate youth are said to have gone on a shooting spree believed to be aimed at scaring residents of the area.
A kiosk was burnt in the process.
Speaking to Joy News, an assembly member from the area, Mr Makafui Kofi Wanya said there were rumours that the young men who engaged in the shooting were linked to Francis Nyonyo Agboada, the Regent of Anlo Traditional area whose installation as Anlo King resulted in the conflict in November 2007. He has subsequently abdicated in the interest of peace last December.
According to Mr. Wanya said investigations were underway to check the veracity of the rumours.
He told Joy News that nobody knew the people involved in the shooting.
