A Parliamentary hopeful on the ticket of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) for Abuakwa North constituency of the Eastern Region, has donated a tricycle to the party.
Mr. Kofi Oduro Mensah who currently works with the Pharmacy Council, presented the tricycle popularly known as 'Pragya' on Friday, January 31, when he submitted his nomination forms to the executives of the governing party at Kukurantumi.
The donation of the vehicle he noted, is to aid in the party's activities in the constituency including conveying potential voters from rural communities to registration centres when the Electoral Commission starts compiling a new register for the December elections.
Mr. Obeng Mensah who had picked his form earlier in the week said, he is determined to unseat the incumbent, Gifty Twum Ampofo.
He was accompanied to the party office by some polling station executives as well as friends and family.
