Speaking at the commissioning of the edifice located at Hansonic Junction in Accra, FBNBank Ghana Managing Director, Victor Yaw Asante indicated the newly opened branch offered the bank an opportunity to reaffirm its commitment to Ghana and demonstrate a relentless quest to put customers first.
“While we recognise that most banks and financial institutions are focused on driving the digital agenda, we do not lose sight of the fact that there should also be comfortable touch points for our clients who occasionally need to physically interact with us,” he said.
Mr Asante expressed gratitude to the bank’s Board of Directors for working hard to ensure that FBNBank was recapitalized without any issues in 2018.
The FBNBank CEO added that the bank had a proud heritage spanning 125 years of excellence. The bank, he indicated, was leveraging on the fact that it was one of the most capitalized banks in the country to offer the very best of service to its Clients.
