8:16 am: The Ghana football Association have commenced the Ordinary Session of Congress at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence (GSCE),Prampram. 9:35 am: GFA President Kurt Okraku spoke during his address at the Ordinary Congress of the GFA which is currently ongoing at the Ghanaman Soccer Center of Excellence, “My election was not a personal victory, but a responsibility to change the game, ignite passion and create wealth for all.” “The responsibility to change the game is a collective one which requires every stakeholders’ effort. We have to all put our shoulders to the wheel and pull towards same direction “Let me once again call on all stakeholders that, collectively, we have a job to do. Let’s all come together and push towards the same direction to change the game, ignite passion and create wealth for everybody”
10:19 am: To club stories, Asante Kotoko goalkeeper Felix Annan is racing against time to be fit for the Presidential Cup clash with Hearts of Oak on Sunday. The experienced shot-stopper is recovering from an ankle injury that has kept him out of action for three weeks now.
10:59 am: The Ghana Premier League will now be competed by 18 clubs. The decision was made during today's ordinary congress where the clubs voted to have two additional teams for the elite division.
12:58 pm: Aiyinase based club, Karela United FC have appointed Enos Kwame Adipah as the club's new head coach ahead of the 2019/2020 season. He will replace Dr. Prosper Nartey who parted ways with the club few weeks ago. Wa All Stars won the 2016 Ghana Premier League title under his tutelage.
2:01 pm: Asante Kotoko SC have signed winger Sam Adams on a free transfer according to reports. Adams completed his move on Wednesday, penning a two-year deal for the Kumasi based giants. The club is expected to announce his acquisition in the coming days.
4:30 pm: Elsewhere, Ebusua Dwarfs have renewed the contract of seven (7) key players ahead of the upcoming season.

6:10 am: Hearts of Oak have reduced the price of their Umbro jerseys, the club's Twitter handle announced.
Between December 20, 2019 and January 1, 2020, the Hearts of Oak Umbro replica jersey will be sold at GHc 140.00 instead of GHc 160.00

7:00 am: Elsewhere, All-Stars midfielder, Muhammed Abdulahi has vowed to fans that the club will be in the top four at the end of the upcoming Ghana Premier League season.
“Finishing in the top-four is one of our main motive this season as well as clinching the trophy we won in 2016 so we are seriously working towards it to make sure our goals are achieved at the end of the season,” Abdulahi said in an interview with Ghanacrusader.com.

The skipper was able to complete two training sessions on Wednesday and could be ready for the commencement of the league on December 27. However with only four days to the titanic clash against arch-rivals Hearts, Felix is yet to be declared fit for the clash. There are serious doubts as to whether he will be cleared for the game.Whatever happens in the coming days, both Kwame Baah and Osei Kwame are ready to slot in for the Hearts of Oak clash should he failed to be fit for the game.

10:30 am: Upper East regional Chairman Salifu Zida has been elected and sworn in as second RFAs Representative on the GFA Executive Council.

4:19 pm: Former Kotoko defender Ahmed Nuhu Adams has rejoined former club Berekum Chelsea on a free transfer, the club has announced.
Adams, who has been without a club since parting ways with the Porcupine Warriors in the 2018/2019 season, signed a one-year deal with the Blues.
Adams was part of the Berekum Chelsea squad that won the Ghana Premier League in the 2010/2011.
4:30 pm: Elsewhere, Ebusua Dwarfs have renewed the contract of seven (7) key players ahead of the upcoming season.
Simon Martey, Albert Hammond, Isaac Donkor, Albert Gaisie and goalkeeper Danso wiredu have all inked new two-year deals to stay at the club until 2021.
While Abu Nabu and Dennis korah penned until the end of 2020 season.
