In what would make for a monumental move by the 360 creative collective, Livespot360, Africa is set to receive one of America's biggest stars of rap music.
Cardi B, rap artist, Grammy Award winner and a self-made Instagram icon, is set to grace the stage in the December 7 and 8 celebration hosted by the team.
The event, Livespot X Festival, hopes to set the trend for bigger musical and lifestyle entertainment shows across Africa, as it hopes to be the biggest, loudest and most talked-about show of the year.
The Livespot X Festival, where the Grammy Award-winning rapper will perform, this December, is the outdoor convergence of everything extraordinary, vibrant, scintillating and heart thrilling in urban pop culture.
It is the convocation of the young and trendy train thriving on its usual unpredictability morphing into something even more spectacular with every edition.
This year, the two-day event scheduled to be held in Lagos and Accra, on December 7 and 8 respectively, will open by 4 pm.
There will be a number of highly entertaining live performances from Nigeria’s finest artistes, music, quality sound, great lighting, illusionists, top DJs, food, drinks and an all-round relaxing and entertaining atmosphere.
The famous rap star’s impending performance cannot be belittled or underestimated. Cardi B is the music star who shines through the headlights whether on tour or on any TV show. She is a show stopper who never relents to bring in the heat.
Cardi B, a relatively new rapper who has taken over the stage, almost displacing every female rapper with hit singles like ‘Ring’, ‘Rodeo’ and ‘Bodak Yellow’ making it to Billboard’s Hot 100 and sealing the spot for three weeks is no cold sensation.
Cardi has never been known to perform ‘fairly’ at any show. Her hot as hell personality mixed with her quality music and raging sound is sure to leave any audience completely dazed. It’s a wonder if African music lovers really can take the heat of this global music megastar.
Shatta Wale, Becca, Sarkodie, Partoranking, Eno Barony, DJ Vyrusky, Seyi Shay, Medikal and other acts would also take the stage at the Accra sports stadium to perform alongside the American artiste.
