Over three hours of heavy rains on Thursday has left parts of Accra submerged.
The rains started just when workers were commuting to work, causing a lot of traffic on major roads in the capital.
With floods being a normal phenomenon whenever it rains for a few hours, Thursday’s prolonged downpour did not surprise many when some areas in the capital got flooded.
