The Judicial Service Staff Association of Ghana (JUSAG) has called off its indefinite strike just two days after declaring same.
A statement explaining the sharp turn of events said JUSAG met with the management of judicial service Thursday to trash out issues.
The association declared the strike action after it said its numerous calls for salary review for its members had gone unresolved.
“JUSAG is left with no option than to declare an indefinite strike action…” a statement from the association said.
JUSAG says the issues raised at the Thursday meeting are set to be forwarded to the Judicial Council.
“We, therefore, appeal to our rank and file to resume work whilst leadership works with management on the matter,” they wrote.
