Communication Minister, Ursula Owusu-Ekuful was in the Joy News' studios Wednesday to discuss a myriad of issues relating to newly introduced Communication Service Tax (CST).
She also took the opportunity to clarify a number of issue regarding women empowerment, idiomatic expressions and the PDS saga.
