Guaranty Trust Bank (Ghana) Limited (GTBank) has been adjudged the “Customer Experience Bank of the Year” at the 5th edition of the Ghana Finance Innovation Awards (GFIA).
The event organized by InstinctWave seeks to reward excellence and innovation in the financial sector whilst recognizing the contribution of leading CFOs, finance executives and teams to a robust and sustainable sector.
Managing Director, Mr Thomas John dedicated the award to GTBank’s customers explaining, “At GTBank, our priority has and will always be to provide our customers with superior financial products and services backed by exceptional customer service at all touchpoints. The bank was recently adjudged the Digital Bank of the Year 2019 by the International Center for Strategic Alliances (ICSA).
