He said normal business had been affected since the beginning of the violence on Monday adding that the aim of the Security Personnel was to put in their best to maintain peace and order that would encourage the people to relax and carry on with their normal duties.
Mr Brakatu appealed to the people to cooperate with the Security Personnel to enable them to work efficiently to maintain lasting peace.
He called on them to put away their weapons, avoid provoking each other, and to report to the Police, persons who persisted in fighting or causing other problems that could lead to hurting others.
