The first leg of the two-leg friendly is expected to take place at the Baba Yara Stadium on 31st January and the return leg three days later at the Accra sports stadium.
Hearts of Oak are preparing towards the start of the second round of the Ghana premier league whilst Asante Kotoko prepare for the league and the CAF champions League.
