Mother of former president Jerry John Rawlings, Victoria Agbotui, celebrated a century on earth on Monday.
The 100-year-old born on September 9, 1919, Victoria Agbotui came into the limelight following her son’s ascension to power in 1979.
Madam Agbotui earlier this year was rumoured to have passed away but a statement from the Office of the Former President said old she was healthy and strong.
The hale and hearty birthday celebrant was spotted receiving family members and well-wishers who had come to mark her special day with her.
