The Youth, numbering 50 disilted choked gutters, cleared weeds, scrubbed the general ward and removed cobwebs.
Miss Vida Nkansah, a Medical Assistant on behalf of the hospital’s administration thanked the association for their spirit of voluntarism.
She urged the members to educate the public on clean environmental practices and the need to attend the hospital when they are sick instead of self-medication.
Mr. Richard Merz, the President of the Association said, the clean-up exercise was part of a week-long activities planned for the formal inauguration of the Association on Friday December 28 at the Tepa Community Centre.
