Asante Kotoko will face off with Tunisian side Etoile du Sahel in the first round of the CAF Champions League after overcoming Kano Pillars.
The Porcupine Warriors beat the Nigerians 2-0 in Kumasi to progress 4-3 on aggregate.
Etoile, on the other hand, reached this stage after roaring back from a 2-1 first-leg deficit to defeat Hafia 7-1 in the second-leg.
The first leg will be in Kumasi on the weekend of 13–15 September and the return leg in Sousse a fortnight later.
Etoile have been crowned African champions once while Kotoko have two titles but the Porcupine Warriors last reached the group stage of the CAF Champions League was in 2006.
