Egyptian officials providing security for next week's World Cup qualifying play-off match will brief an inspection delegation from Ghana about arrangements for the match in Cairo.
Led by Ghana Football Association President Kwesi Nyantakyi, the delegation arrived in Cairo in the early hours of Thursday and will visit the Air Defence Stadium to inspect the facilities and receive security briefing from the Egyptian authorities.
Upon FIFA's request, the Ghanaian delegation which also includes Abedi Ayew Pele, Alhaji Saeed Lartey and Ibrahim Sannie were invited for the security inspection amid a series of concerns about the situation in the North African country.
Thursday's visit comes just days after a meeting with Secretary General Jerome Valcke in the Togolese capital, Lome where Ghanaian officials were presented with the security plans for the second-leg play-off match.
Ghana, who lead the tie 6-1 from the first leg in Kumasi on 15 October will play Egypt in Cairo on November 19 with the aggregate winner qualifying for next year's finals in Brazil.
