Editor of news portal, Modernghana.com on Wednesday, gave a description of how he was manhandled in National Security custody when he was arrested last week.
Emmanuel Ajafor Abugri claims he was beaten by the operatives and tortured to confess to writing an article.
The National Security Ministry which has distanced the secretariat from the allegations, says the arrest of three staff of the news portal was in connection with alleged cyber crimes.
