The Executive Secretary of the Civil Servants Association, Smart Chigabatia has been suspended from the association indefinitely.
The association's Deputy Executive Secretary and Director of Human Resource have also been suspended.
The body's executive committee says the three officers exhibited gross indiscipline by disregarding laid down regulations of the civil servants association.
A decision was therefore taken on Wednesday night by the National Executive Committee after a day-long closed door meeting to suspend the trio.
Mr. Joseph Quarshie, Greater Accra Regional Secretary of the association told Joy News that a decision to review the suspension remains the prerogative of the National Executive Committee.
