Prophet Nana Adu Gyan, former president and chairman of the West African Pastoral Council (WAPCU) has threatened court action against the council for failing to pay him his entitlement.
Nana Gyan, also former General Secretary of the African Evangelical Union (AEU), contended that ever since he resigned from the council and the union, he had not been paid all monies due him.
According to him, the council was owing him 75,000 dollars.
He said the union assured to pay him the amount through the Standard Chartered Bank last November but failed to honour its promise.
Prophet Gyan said all attempt to retrieve the money had proved futile, hence his decision to take legal action against the council and the union.
He appealed to the head of the religious world organisations, Mohammed Ben Adams to help him retrieve the amount to enable him to continue his God-giving work.
