The Kadjebi District Assembly is to build a multi-purpose four-storey office complex at an estimated cost of 1,447,000 Ghana cedis to house all decentralized ministries, departments and agencies for effective administration.
Mr. Kofi Adjei Ntim, District Chief Executive, who disclosed this to GNA, said plans were being made for a pre-financing scheme by a strategic investor, to build and furnish and hand-over the building within a year.
He said the Architectural and Engineering Services Limited (AESL) had completed designs and feasibility studies and the project and work on it would start as soon as an agreement was reached.

He also said under the CBRDP, work on the Ahamansu-Todome road network estimated to cost 130,000 Ghana cedis was yet to commence with the Olobobi-Koru Junction road estimated to cost 87,600 Ghana cedis was 73 per cent complete in addition to the sinking of two boreholes.
