Xodus Communications Limited, a globally accredited award organiser has announced the winners of the 8th edition of the PayAngel Forty Under 40 Awards.
Held at the Kempinski Gold Coast Hotel in Accra, the iconic awards ceremony seeks to identify, honour and celebrate a cross-section of the nation’s most influential and accomplished young business leaders under the age of forty from a wide range of industries.

The event started with an exhibition, networking section and a seminar which featured accomplished business personalities such as; Philip Oti- Mensah, (CEO of OmniBISC Bank), Rashida Saani, (Group CEO of J- ZAR Group), H. E AMB. Prof. Hugh K. Aryee (Vanuatu Trade Commissioner to Ghana), Jones Amegbor (CEO of Payinc Group) and Richard Abbey Junior (CEO of Xodus Communications Limited).
The five-star event was attended by high-profile dignitaries, including the founder and leader of the New Force Movement, Nana Kwame Bediako, government representatives, members of the diplomatic community and traditional leaders.

Addressing the gathering at the event, CEO of Xodus Communications Limited with branches in South Africa, Ghana and the United Kingdom, Richard Abbey Junior said, the winners went through a vigorous process before a verdict by the awarding board and the Jury was made.

According to him, there were two categories that the Jury couldn't find a winner for although it had nominees.

"I congratulate all winners for their dedication and determination to make a difference despite their young ages. This year's winners have really gone through a lot of scrutiny. The process goes through the jury, the awarding board, the third-party consultants, and other external partners before the decision is made.
The event was hosted by media personality Serwaa Amihere.

Meanwhile, the founder and leader of the New Force Movement, Nana Kwame Bediako, took the opportunity to urge the young entrepreneurs gathered to make good use of their time as they strive for success.

“I want to congratulate all winners here for their boldness and the courage to keep pushing. I urge you to make good use of your time, and success will be your portion, "he said.
The 2024 edition was sponsored by PayAngels, Fedems, OmniBISC Bank, Maaha Beach Resort and supported by the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
