Darkwah, Mpohor Wassa East District Environmental Health Officer in an interview with Ghana News Agency (GNA) at Daboase, Mr Darkwah said strayed animals were arrested and their owners fined and appealed to residents whose surroundings were overgrown with weeds to clear them.
He said the assembly was negotiating with the prosecution unit of Shama Ahanta East Metropolitan Assembly (SAEMA), to assist in the prosecution of environmental and other offenders at Sekondi.
