Today, Wednesday, August 28, marks the 41st anniversary of the death of Ghana’s former Prime Minister, Kofi Abrefa Busia.
The leader of Ghana Congress Party, which later merged with the other opposition parties to form the United Party (UP), the tradition that birthed the New Patriotic Party, died in Oxford, England at age 65.
To mark 41 years since his death, his daughter, Nana Frema Busia, put together a moving poem which has been published below.
